Peacefully tucked away in two acres of natural gardens extending down to a backwater of the river Great Ouse, we are only about 600 yards from the middle of the village where you will find St Margaret's Church, the Axe and Compass public house and our recently built Village Hall. 

We had the house built in 1980 to a contemporary design. The light and spacious rooms are on the ground floor and have en suite facilities.
